Sue Woods

BSc OT, Team Lead

Sue has been working as a private practice Occupational Therapist for over 28 years, and has been with Seasons Health Therapies since 2006.

With over 28 years of experience as an occupational therapist, Sue has devoted her career to helping people across the Interior of British Columbia move forward with their goals. After venturing into private practice right out of UBC in 1996, Sue has honed her skills working with individuals of all ages facing a wide range of challenges, from illness and injury to developmental concerns.

Sue's passion for occupational therapy lies in the endless variety and intellectual stimulation it provides. "Each unique individual is like a puzzle, and I love the challenge of working with them to build a new picture and fill in the lost pieces," she says. This dedication has made Sue an invaluable asset to the communities she serves, as she partners with her clients to develop the skills, coping mechanisms, and pathways to progress and empower them to thrive.

When she's not in the clinic, you can find Sue exploring her other great passions - creativity and nature. Whether she's in the pottery studio, glass shop, wood shop, or out on the lake fly fishing and kayaking, Sue is always seeking new ways to expand her skillset and connect with the world around her. Her boundless curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning fuel her occupational therapy practice, ensuring her clients receive the most innovative and personalized care.
